We offer freehold leisure plots ranging in size from approximately 900 m² to 2,000 m².

All plots are delivered undeveloped but fully prepared with access roads, water, sewage, and electricity brought to the plot boundary. Plots are available both with and without building obligations, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your needs and plans. The permitted building coverage is 20%, allowing ample space to create a spacious and functional cabin.
